Old Barn. 9x12, Oils on board.

This one I thought I would do something

different. I layed out everything the usual

way i/e, Drawing with my brush first.

Then layed in all the darks and lights.

But this time instead of using my brushes,

I decided to use a palette knife. Well towards

the end I got a bit scared and ended up

using both the Palette Knife and brushes.

I was reasonably happy with it.

years ago. she was a Rottweiler, and she

was brilliant in every way. I did get a

special recommendation at a competition

for this Drawing. I think it`s the only

time I have ever won something.
