I have been meaning to paint this old shack for some time now. I pass it a lot. I first noticed it when it was covered in snow. I will probably paint it again with snow.

Yorkshire Landscape. 12x17, oils on board.

I managed to brave my cold studio today to paint this landscape. Can`t say whether I`m happy with it or not.

This is the first painting that I have managed to paint in a week. Been otherwise occupied. It`s a Ramblers footpath. Those lovely paths that you can enjoy walking and be by yourself if need be.

I decided to do one more Dog painting. A grown one this time. An Alsatian.

What made me want to paint this chap was the way he was standing there looking at something. Plus his lovely slim and strong body. Perhaps he is looking for the other 100.

A Puppy Rott`. 6x9 oils on board.

This is a puppy Rottweiler, my favourite Animals. We had one for ten years and she was a wonderful Dog. There is plenty I could say about her but not this time. My eldest Son wrote a story about her and it was wonderful to read, brought tears to my Eyes.
