Hi Laura. Thank you for liking my painting and especially the Greens. At one time I found it very difficult to mix the Greens that I wanted. All the best laura. Vic.
Seeing your beautiful work posted on a regular basis is inspiring me to go back to what I love the most. PAINTING In OILS. Thank you my friend for sharing your wonderful work. Vic, your brush work is outstanding, not to mention the lush greens and the beautiful sky. Have a great weekend.
Hi Joan. I`m glad that I am doing something right for a change, Inspiring you to get back to the Oils, thats good news to me my friend. Give me oils anyday. You paint some lovely watercolours, but better oils. I loved your last posting. I`m about to post a painting titled- `A Train in a Storm`, for the want of a better title. All the best Joan. Vic.
Hi Mariano. So sorry I haven`t answered your comment until now. I have only just realised. Thank you my friend for saying it is very Tom Brownish. When I did it, I wasn`t thinking of his way of painting, But I must say he is great. All the best Mariano. Vic.
Hi Vic,
ReplyDeletevery nicely done , very Tom Brownish . Good 45 m.
It looks nice to me Vic. I find that painting quickly often produces the best results. It can even be a good idea to set a time limit.
ReplyDeleteVic,
ReplyDeleteThis is wonderful- the trees are really good. Love the looseness in the sky! 45 minutes but years of experience to just "splash" that well!!
Oh Victor this one is so nice, this green so relaxing... wonderfull job
