I painted this From one of my many photographs. The scene is in Yorkshire England. I was really struck with the Shadow over on the left and the brilliant white of the snow on the roof of the cottage.
Hi Nancy. I`m glad you like it. I was drawn to the shadow over on the left and the gleaming White of the Snow on the rooftop. I love your work. All the best Nancy. Vic.
Vic, This is a lovely quaint painting. The white snow on the roof is really nice and you can feel the sun shining to melt it. Nice shadows also. Beautifully painted.

Hello Vic. I really like the contrasts of light and dark in you last two paintings. I was trying to decide which I like best and it's a tossup. I like the way you painted the building here, but the gangplank is so well done. n
