Scene at Norman Park. 9x12, oils on board.

This painting was done from an oil Sketch that I did at Norman Park. It`s my interpritation of it. I chopped it about to reasonably please myself.

  2. Thank you very much my friend. That is another cracking comment from you. I went to our club today and did some more sketching, but this time I took some photos of Rosemary and sketched her for a change. Photographs don`t move do they? The way I like to sketch is to do the sketch through tones. The tones behind the features, and then gradually build up from there. I really enjoy sketching that way. Thanks again Joan and all the best.

  3. Hi Vic,

You are a master of green! The depth and light in your interpretation of the trees is magnificent. Makes me want to stroll down this path.

    All the best,
