  2. Hi Vic,
What a wonderful painting. You have captured the load we artist carry on our way to a site. The road the houses in the distance, simply great, my friend. Have a great day, and keep these brilliant paintings coming.

  4. Thank you very much Joan. It`s always great to get a comment from you my friend. I`m glad you like this one. Towards the end, I did get fed up with it. But I enjoyed painting the Artist. Thanks again Joan and have a nice weekend. All the best.

  6. Hi Vic,
This is such an interesting painting! The color palette is very effective! The gesture in the figure is wieghty and I can feel the load that he is carrying.

  7. Wonderful composition Vic. Your painting tells the story of the diligence of an artist. The uphill road, the houses, very well done. And once again the gait of the figure says it all.

Thank you for your comment. really the only part I enjoyed painting is the figure. I do love painting them. There are some Artist`s that do a wonderful job of figures, And I can`t ever see me getting that far. All the best Linda.

  13. Hi Vic!... The composition in this one is "brilliant"... as you folk in UK say! Leads the eye masterfully... I might add! Well done!

The scene reminds me very much of the coastal world I visited in Fife, Scotland! Do tune in to my next post... and let's... compare notes! HAHA!!

    Good Painting Vic!
    Warmest regards,
    Bruce
