  4. Hi Samantha.
Thank you for your comment. I know that a few bloggers know that if you click on the painting, it will blow up to a larger painting, therefore one can see it better. You probably know this anyway Samantha. Have a nice Christmas and all the best.

  5. If a painting invites you to step in and have a walk in it, then it's a good sign that it's a good painting. And that's exactly what this is about. I could look at it for hours and let my mind wander around on that path and in those woods. Lovely painting Vic. I like the fact that you seems to have used a limited palette and made your greens very subtle which really helps keeping a harmony in the whole painting. Nice one!

  6. Hi Valerie.
Thank you for your nice comment. I started this painting on site, and completed it at home. I was going great guns with it but so many people kept coming up and talking. And you know that you can`t really concentrait with what you are doing can you? Thanks again Valerie and a happy Christmas to you all.

  8. Hi Hilda.
I`m glad that you like it. Thank you for your comment. I don`t know what it is like weather wise where you are but here, it`s misserably wet. I don`t even feel like just walking down to my Studio. It`s depressing. All the best Hilda. A happy Christmas to you and family.

  11. Hi Vic,

Couldn't resist visiting and leaving a comment. You make me want to retire the pens for awhile and get back to painting. You did a great job on this my friend.

Once again Merry Christmas to you, Rosemary and family.

  12. Hi Laura.
Thank you for your nice comment. At the time of mainly painting this plein air, there were a lot of people about that kept talking to us and holding us up, so I completed it at home. All the best Laura.
