  1. This is lovely Vic. You've got a delicate touch on a summer sky and I like the red/burnt orange under-painting in the trees and grasses climaxing in the red brick house. Westerham Kent looks to be a warm and friendly place. You handle acrylics well. Do you use a retarding agent?

  3. Hi Linda.
Thank you very much for your nice comment. Delicate touch? I always thought I was a bit Ham-fisted. No I don`t use a retarder except I spray some water onto my colours as I go along. And then when I have finished a session, I have got a cover for the colours. It always works brilliantly. All the best Linda.

  10. Hi Hilda.
Thank you very much for your nice comment. Actually it is a better place than I have depicted to spend a few days. You can smell the Farm working if you know what I mean. Thanks again Hilda and all the best.

  11. Thanks so much for sharing this lovely painting with us, Vic. I like the way you left some of the warm underpainting showing through in places. The entire landscape seems to glow from within. Beautiful! :o)
