Last light on a Farm. 9x12, Acrylic.

I did this one yesterday from a Photograph. Still not sure though about whether to post my paintings lately.

  1. I can't understand why you're not sure about posting your work Vic, this is great. There's just a suggestion of the last rays of sunshine as dusk falls. Very nice. ;-)

  2. I love your paintings Victor. They make me feel tranquil--I think that's because you seldom put in any figures. I like that. I can hear the quiet.

  4. Hi Linda.
I`m well pleased that you like my paintings. Thank you for your comment. You are of the same mind as my oldest Son, he doesn`t like figures in a Landscape either. I love having figures in my paintings, I like painting them. That is all I do at our club is draw figures. Mind you for a while now I have been Sketching with Watercolour. All the best Linda.

  5. Sorry I haven't been around lately. Haven't blogged since November! Anyway, I'm back on board and happy to see your beautiful paintings Victor. There is always doubt in all of us. It's part of the growth all artists need to go through. Keep up the great stuff!Looking forward to more.

  6. Hi Giselle.
Great to see you back. Thank you for your nice and uplifting comment. You are right in what you say about having to go through the doubts in our efforts to improve. I`ve been through it before and know others that have also. Thanks again Gaselle, and all the best.

Thank you very much for your nice comment. As I said, I nearly didn`t post it because I wasn`t sure whether it was good enough. But glad that I did now. All the best Hilda.
