Sansego Bay 2. 10x12, Oils on board.


Another Sansego Bay. This one is done with a palette knife. I like the colours, but not too sure about the rest.

  1. I think the house as a stronger, harder-edged element works really well against the looser handling of paint w/ the knife. And that one dab of white in the water (and the clouds) in the right works to balance all the activity on the left.

    reasonably happy with that tool. Have you watched Alex Perez`s Video on palette Knife painting. He is truly a brilliant Artist, as you are as well. All the best Karen.
