  1. Hi Vic,
Naah .... Farmhouse seems appropriate. Nice one , like the colors. I think the birds should have been on top of the house. If you allow me i would make a small one . Let me know thank you.

  3. Hi Mariano.
Thanks for your comment my friend. For once, I disagree with you. Although you might be right saying that they should be over the house, I feel they should be over top left for balance. That is only the way I feel, not necessary right though. Also you wouldn`t see them where the House is because of the dark tone. Thats my excuse anyway. All the best Mariano.

  6. Hi Joan.
Thank you my friend for your usual lovely comment. Yes, I also like the way the Farmhouse nestles in the Hills. Surrounded by the trees. Again it was the farmhouse that made me want to paint it in the first place. All the best Joan and have a lovely weekend.

  11. This is so beautiful. The rolling hillside with great depth, the beautiful greens, and the serene feeling make this a gem of a painting! It makes me happy just to look at it! How do you get that green?

  12. Hi Linda.
Thank you for your comment. I usually make up my own greens with Ultra + (If the greens are close up) Yellow Ochre + a touch of sap green. Cerulean and yellow O`( more bluish ) for distance. For highlights I use cad` Y`. For any darks I use Ultra + burnt sienna. All the best Linda.
