Silver Birches at keston Lakes. It`s a lovely area to paint and to stroll around. In the warmer weather it gets packed with families and fishermen. But not too packed, you can paint without too much bother.
Another winner my friend. Your use of green and tones are wonderful. Love the white birch trees against the various shades of green. And love the splashes of reddish browns in the lower right. Really well done.
Hi Joan again. Thank you my friend for your lovely comment. As I said it is a lovely area to paint. Roll on the good weather eh? All the best Joan. Vic.
That's what I think Vic, roll on the good weather!Though yesterday we were in the fifties, the trees weren't as lovely as this. Weird winter we're having. Your greens are terrific. Aren't the effects of red interesting! They set the green straight.
Hi Linda W. Yes roll on the warmer weather. It`s absolutely freezing here, 5% below, snow on the way. Thank you linda for your nice comment. Yes I also like the bits of red showing through. All the best Linda. Vic.

This is a lovely scene Vic and I really like your range of greens but above all I appreciate how much the 'darks' bring it alive as well as provide balance to the composition. Good job!!
Good Morning John. Thank you so much for your nice comment. Yes I do like a nice dark to give the painting a punch, or balance. All the best John. Vic.
