Slaters Bridge. 9x12, Acrylic on board


Slaters Bridge is in Little Langdale, Cumbria. It is close to the slate Quarries, and It gets it`s name from when the workers used it when returning Home from the mines.

    I really like the colors in the bridge. You can see the texture of the stone. It's in a lovely setting, makes me want to stroll across it. I always enjoy paintings that have a historical element to them. Great job!!!!!!!!
