Manasses/ Bull Run Bridge. 9x12, oils on board.
This was painted from a photograph that an American friend sent me. I didn`t want to copy the photo too much so I made it my own interptetation of the subject. Anybody that knows this bridge will know the history of it and will know why it has got this name. No, I`m not going to explain the history because there isn`t enough room here, and I don`t know it`s full history. But...

Hi Vic,
ReplyDeleteWow, this is a wonderful painting. I love how you painted the distant trees and you did an outstanding job painting the bridge. Excellent work my friend. Good luck with the Alex Perez competition. You will have my vote.
Thank you Joan. did you read all about that Bridge? The info` is just below my Text. Also, good luck to you on your entry. The problem is that I don`t know how to get to the site where it shows you all the entries and the Artist`s. All the best my friend.
